For print products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive your book in good condition and will replace any damaged or defective items promptly.
For any branded merchandise, all sales are final due to the limited nature of supply for these items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at community@lolagets85.shop.
