What to know before you buy

Digital Download Policy

All digital purchases are delivered electronically.

After purchase, you will receive access to download file(s). Please download and save your copy within 30-days of purchase, as download access will expire after that time.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available once the purchase has been made.

Files are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased files is not permitted.

If you experience issues with your download, please contact community@lolagets85.shop and I'll be happy to assist you.

Print Order Policy

Please review the information below before placing your print order.

Fulfillment & Production

All print editions are produced and fulfilled through a trusted external print partner, Lulu. Each book is printed on demand after your order is placed.

Because print copies are made to order, production typically requires 3–7 business days before shipment. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timelines: U.S. Orders require 7–14 business days after production.

Please note that holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may extend delivery times beyond these estimates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and shipping method selected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because books are printed on demand, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our books, all print sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact community@lolagets85.shop within 7 calendar days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement copy.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, we’re happy to help.

We appreciate your support and patience as each copy is prepared and delivered with care.

Merch Store Policy

Thank you for supporting the LolaGets85 community.

All branded merchandise, including mugs, mousepads, candles, etc., is produced in small quantities and handled with care. Due to the limited nature of these items, all merchandise sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at community@lolagets85.shop.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, a replacement item will be sent while supplies last. We do not issue refunds for merchandise purchases.
